Hastelloy Series
The HYT Hastelloy series of nickel alloys primarily consists of nickel, molybdenum, and chromium, with occasional additions of elements like tungsten and cobalt. This series exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in extreme acidic and alkaline environments and chloride-rich conditions. It is often used as a corrosion-resistant solution in chemical, pharmaceutical, environmental, and marine engineering fields.
Common models in the Hastelloy Series include Hastelloy C-276 and Hastelloy X.

Monel Series
The HYT Monel series of nickel alloys consists mainly of a high content of nickel and copper, with 60-70% nickel and 30-40% copper. Known for its high strength and corrosion resistance, it is ideal for chloride-rich environments such as marine and saltwater applications. Additionally, this alloy offers good machinability and toughness, making the Monel series a preferred solution in marine engineering, chemical processing, petrochemical equipment, and food processing equipment.
Common models in the Monel series include Monel 400 and Monel K-500.
Inconel Series
The HYT Inconel series of nickel alloys typically contains high levels of nickel and chromium, along with additional elements such as molybdenum, niobium, iron, titanium, and aluminum. This series is known for its exceptional high-temperature resistance and oxidation resistance. Inconel alloys can perform well at extreme temperatures up to 1000°C, maintaining strength and stability. Additionally, this alloy series is corrosion-resistant in both oxidizing and reducing environments.
Common models in the Inconel series include Inconel 600, Inconel 625, and Inconel 718.

Incoloy Series
The HYT Incoloy series primarily consists of nickel, iron, and chromium, with a lower nickel content than the Inconel series, and may include molybdenum, copper, titanium, and aluminum. Known for its good oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures, the Incoloy series is suitable for high-temperature applications. However, compared to the Inconel series, Incoloy alloys offer slightly lower strength but are more cost-effective.
Common models in the Incoloy series include Incoloy 800 and Incoloy 825.
